1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Bednbody’s website, app, and massage booking services.
Please read these terms before making a booking. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or make a booking.
2. Definitions
In these terms:
- Bednbody, “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Bednbody.
- Platform refers to Bednbody’s website and app.
- Client, “you,” or “your” refers to the person using the platform or making a booking.
- Service recipient refers to the person receiving the massage, whether you or someone you book for.
- Therapist partner refers to the massage therapist assigned to provide the massage service.
- Rider partner refers to the rider assigned to transport the therapist partner to and from the service location.
- Booking refers to a request for a massage service through Bednbody.
3. Platform Overview
Bednbody is an on-demand massage booking platform that connects clients with therapist partners for massage services at their chosen location.
Bednbody manages booking requests, coordinates therapist assignments and rider transportation, and provides booking support. Therapist partners perform the massage, while rider partners transport them to and from the service location.
You may request a massage as soon as possible or schedule it for a later time, subject to partner availability and service coverage.
4. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking through Bednbody.
Provide accurate and current information, including your name, contact details, and service address.
Keep your password and verification codes private. If you suspect someone is using your account without permission, contact Bednbody promptly.
5. Group Bookings
You may book a massage for yourself or other people. If you book for someone else, get their permission before sharing their details with Bednbody.
The person making the booking manages the service details, location, payment, and any requests for changes, cancellations, or support.
Each person receiving a massage must agree to the service and may ask the therapist to adjust or stop it at any time.
6. Service Availability
Bednbody’s services are available within supported service areas and operating hours. Available services and booking times are shown on the platform.
Availability depends on your location and the availability of therapist and rider partners.
7. Booking Confirmation
Review your selected services, service address, booking time, and total amount before submitting your booking.
Submitting a booking request does not mean it is confirmed. Your booking is confirmed when the platform shows it as confirmed.
You can check your booking details and status on the platform.
8. Therapist Assignment
Therapist assignments depend on availability, your location, and the services selected.
You may choose Favorites Only to limit assignments to your favorite therapists, or enter a therapist’s MT-Code to request that specific therapist. Both options are subject to the therapist’s availability.
If you have no favorite therapists or are booking for the first time without an MT-Code, an available therapist will be assigned at random.
Any therapist changes are subject to availability and the change options shown on the platform.
9. Service Tracking
Rider partners transport therapist partners to your service location. The tracking feature displays their location and route on a map.
Travel may be affected by traffic, weather, or other travel conditions. Map updates may be delayed by internet or GPS connectivity.
10. Service Location
Provide the correct service address, map pin, contact number, and any access instructions needed to reach your location.
Arrange any required entry permission for your building, subdivision, or property, and remain reachable while your booking is in progress.
Be ready when the therapist arrives and provide a clean, safe, and suitable space for the massage service.
11. Pricing, Discounts, and Fees
Service prices, applicable membership discounts, app discounts, and additional charges are shown on the platform before you confirm your booking.
Membership and app discounts are subject to their eligibility requirements and offer terms.
An online payment processing fee may apply depending on your selected payment method. A long-distance surcharge may also apply depending on your service location.
Any applicable charges are shown before you confirm your booking and included in the total amount. By confirming your booking, you agree to pay the displayed total.
Changes you request to your booking may affect the total amount. Any price adjustment must be shown to you and accepted before the change is confirmed.
12. Payments, Tips, and Receipts
Use one of the payment methods available on the platform and follow the payment instructions for your booking. Identity verification is required for cash payments.
Tips are optional and are not included in the service price. You may choose whether to give a tip and how much to give.

13. Promotions, Giftpass, and Wallets
Promotions, Giftpass, and wallets are subject to their applicable terms, including any validity period and usage limits.
Apply your promo, Giftpass, or wallet balance before confirming your booking. A promo and Giftpass cannot be used together in the same booking.
They cannot be used if the requirements are not met or if they are used fraudulently.
14. Booking Changes
Booking details cannot be changed after the booking has been confirmed.
Once the service has started, you may request add-ons, a service upgrade, or additional service time through the options available on the platform. These are subject to availability and applicable additional charges.
15. Cancellations and No-Shows
Early cancellation: Cancelling before any assigned therapist is picked up for the trip to you has no cancellation fee.
Late cancellation: Cancelling after any assigned therapist has been picked up carries the cancellation fee disclosed before booking confirmation.
No-show: A no-show occurs when the therapist arrives at your service location, but you are unavailable or cannot be contacted after the required waiting period and contact attempts. A verified no-show may be charged at the full booking price.
To cancel your booking, contact support. Cancellation applies to the entire booking, including all therapists and services.
16. Refunds
Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable. Refund requests involving service issues or incorrect charges are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable Philippine law.
Wallet balances are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
17. Health and Suitability
You are responsible for checking whether massage is suitable for your known health conditions and seeking medical advice if unsure.
Before booking, disclose any known conditions, injuries, allergies, or other concerns that may affect the service. Inform your therapist of any changes before the service starts.
The therapist may adjust, decline, or stop the service for safety reasons. If the service cannot proceed because you did not disclose relevant information you knew about, a cancellation fee may apply, subject to applicable Philippine law.
Massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
18. Consent and Preferences
The massage service requires your consent. Tell your therapist your preferred pressure, areas to avoid, and any discomfort during the service.
You may ask the therapist to adjust or stop the service at any time. Requests must remain within the booked service and professional massage boundaries.
19. Safety and Conduct
Treat therapist partners and rider partners respectfully. Harassment, sexual requests, unwanted physical contact, threats, violence, and illegal activities are prohibited.
Keep the service location safe. If intoxication, aggressive behaviour, or unsafe conditions put anyone at risk, the service may be declined or stopped, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Bednbody provides professional, clean massage services only.
20. Support and Complaints
Contact Bednbody support for booking concerns, service complaints, or safety incidents. Provide your booking details and relevant information to help us review the issue.
Concerns are reviewed based on the available information and applicable policies. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services first.
21. Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and reviews should reflect your actual experience with the booking or service.
Do not include false claims, threats, abusive content, or another person’s private information. Reviews may be moderated or removed if they violate these rules.
Honest feedback, including negative feedback, is welcome.
22. Privacy and Communications
Bednbody handles your personal information as described in its Privacy Policy.
Therapist partners receive only your first name, service type, and duration. Your service address is shared only with the assigned rider partner.
Bednbody and your assigned rider partner may contact you about your booking through the contact details you provide.
23. Platform Use and Account Restrictions
Use the platform only for its intended purpose. Fake bookings, fraud, unauthorized access, and attempts to disrupt the platform are prohibited.
Bednbody’s branding, content, and software may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.
Accounts may be temporarily restricted or permanently banned for violations of these terms.
24. Service Disruptions
Bookings and platform access may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, severe weather, emergencies, or other events beyond reasonable control.
These events may cause delays or prevent a service from proceeding. No cancellation fee applies when a booking is cancelled because of these disruptions.
25. Responsibilities and Liability
Bednbody manages the platform and booking coordination. Therapist and rider partners are independent contractors responsible for their respective massage and transportation services.
Bednbody is not liable for partners’ acts or omissions outside its responsibility or control, to the extent permitted by law.
26. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Philippine law.
For disputes involving your booking or service, contact Bednbody support to seek a resolution. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the appropriate government agency or court.
27. Amendments
Bednbody may update these terms from time to time. The updated version and effective date will be posted on the platform.
By continuing to use the platform after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms. Confirmed bookings remain subject to the terms in effect when they were confirmed.
28. General Provisions
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
If Bednbody does not enforce a provision on one occasion, it may still enforce it later.
