How Bednbody Started
It began in November 2022 in Cainta. A job seeker asked founders Luigi Soriano and Jae Rubina for any work, even as a household helper. They learned she was a trained massage therapist and referred her to family and friends who wanted massage at home. With no capital, that act of help became Bednbody.
As demand grew, so did Bednbody's network. Getting a massage meant traveling to a spa, while many therapists and riders needed better income and many communities faced unemployment. Bednbody built its model to address these challenges, offering convenient home service booking for clients, higher earnings for therapist partners, an alternative way to earn for rider partners, and free training for aspiring therapists. Today, Bednbody is the number one home service massage in the Philippines, with a portion of its profits supporting orphanages and children in need.
